Its better than the same small square buildings and oversized but low income buildings. Level it up as much as you can now. Once they start goals you'll feel better about the ugly ltb

LTB = limited time building. I didnt see any time limit attached to this one.
They did the same thing with the dockside warehouse. Expect a goal chain soon

I quit it last year after one update reset my game to level 1 but somehow i was able get my account at start of this year because i missed the game.
i just hope the goal chain counts it once a player has built one

It did with the warehouse. I got about six or seven prizes at once when the LTB goal finally went live.
