Nah it's even simpler than that:
Some events they forget to advance syn goals an hour for Daylight Savings Time so they end later. When they get around to fixing it you see the flipside. In the fall in major events some syn goals end an hour early because they forgot to change it to standard time.
Someone forgot to tell someone that the SA was cut from 4 to 3 days though. Indy goals still up. That's just a simple screw up.

So all knowing got a couple of questions:
1. How many gree developers work on CC?
2. What do they serve for lunch and dinner @ Gree since the only consistent positive feedback from Gree employees is the food.
3. Finally how many Gree employees does it take to change a light bulb?
