I have posted in the past that I was against throwing around the "fraud" terms and running to apple...but this one, plus the GLTQ which all responses and decisions are "on hold" as per the answer to my ticket, icing on the cake for me.

If anyone would like to start a petition to send to Apple, please sign me up. 1 person complaining won't do $hit. Hundreds of the games customers will. Groupme name is MrMike45.
