Wins not counting towards the daily win totals again

My guild has 11 wins now
We need 12 wins for the daily unit
1/5 = 1 win
2/5 = 2 wins
3/5 = 2 wins
4/5 = 3 wins
5/5 = 4 wins
Total wins = 12, just like the splash screen says

We have 11 wins, and the quest shows we are 1/4 on level 5

In the first war, we had to get 18 wins in order to complete the quest. Please get this fixed ASAP

Gree, it's happening again for the sapphire war.
We have 7 wins, but we still need 7 more wins to get our 12 wins.

The battle we just won did not change the counter. We are really getting tired of this. Why do we need to get so many more wins than are required. With your low/non-existent level of customer care, we can't expect any help from tickets. The entire 6 day war will be over by the time we get a response asking if the issue has been resolved. Instead we have to rely on luck for getting our wins to count.

This is clearly unacceptable. What are you doing to get this fixed?

Please look into this. There's been no reply form ticket 2517951 from day 1. That war is over and we have no response yet. This is absolutely no help.
How many dang wins do we need to get to 12?

It was the same again for Sir Vyper 2. We finished 4/5 normal and heroic with the same battle. After the next win heroic 5/5 showed 1/3 and normal 5/5 still 0/4 - I sent a ticket and didn't even get an answer till now (pretty sure it will be the normal copy/paste answer - problem solved, event ended). Together with no battle rewards for many of our members this is really not motivating to spend any money in the game (even if we still got enough wins... we had to use more gems for that because of the bug in the game).

We needed 13 today to get the 12-prize, so I consider us lucky.

I have a theory that if you declare too quickly after a win, the game doesn't always register the W properly. If everyone's out & about, maybe check to see if the count goes up after every win before declaring again. This may be complete bunk, but worth figuring out.

What the heck is so hard about counting to 3? You don't even need two hands. 1-2-3. Easy, so why can't you count to 3?

These repeated mistakes are getting very old now.
