I reached boss 65 before it took more than 1 free hit to defeat boss , Boss 70- took 3 free hits

I thought I read somewhere that says that boss is not tiered. So, it's just attack stats against boss health. Free hit is 60% of your attack stats and cash hit is 100%.

Boss 130 has 24T health.
