Broken Player Arms Race Leagues AGAIN!

And so we have top builders being relegated to Platinum and Diamond leagues. Some top 30 players are also in Silver.

The algorithm for leagues in player based arms races have always been broken. Please stop having leagues for such events until you get them right. Player arms race should stay as non-leagues.

Not to mention that the prizes are all severely nerfed. What a total waste of time.
