I don't believe their actions were for greed, but I feel that although they tried to improve the situation in the community, their actions did almost nothing, to put it straight. So far, the gist of the game is that spenders will get an advantage that regular players don't. If the regular players are not in the top alliances and are not able to get the XWorld Champion Recruits, then it just makes the strong get stronger and the regular players stay regular.

I leveled couple of the new champion recruits and it went from 25/25 to 25/50 with 3 merges left.
Anyone know what level they max out?

Do I understand correctly that heroic recruits cannot by dirtied so they should be merged to 20/100 right away with 3 recruits?
