    Too many people on screen!!!!

    When working through ltq's why do all characters on the screen gather around, get in the way of or follow closely the target character? Are they programmed to do this? It's really starting to piss me off! Just as I'm about to hit the target a non target character walks infront and the attack is wasted! Arghhhhhhhhh. It's so frustrating. Anyone else have this problem or am I just being victimised by crime city's walking dead?
