How often does Gree use a building that is tied to the country we're battling for?
In the past they have used buildings related to the country of battle; France-Arc de Triomphe, Canada-Absolute Towers, Netherlands-Amstel Hotel.

I think there's a hint there about a water or shore tile?
The hospital ship is actually a well established military tradition. The UK has had many famous such mercy vessels. I dunno about the idea of collecting rent on one, or what kind of bonus I would think appropriate, perhaps something like +5% to infantry Defense or something to suggest that the men who get wounded have a higher spirit knowing she rests offshore for them in case of injury.
Kids today. No sense of history. Now if we were fighting the USA a prison ship would be a nice touch.

Gil, we've already had the battle for the U.S. They imposed the gree hq on us. Remember that little gem? It looks like the bolt that holds together a cheap piece of furniture from Ikea.
I deliberately upgraded mine so that people would actual something out of Gree.
I was looking at it upside down.....thought it was a nut, not a bolt!

The building finally came out an hour or two ago. I was able to purchase it and put it in water.
