New Pm's going missing in game

I've just had a pm appear in game whilst I was in world chat then it disappeared.

It's not the first time it's happened but first time for a while.

I thought I was seeing things before but I've checked this time and there is definately a fault.

So...your PM was there and then disappeared, or you were told you were sent a PM and never saw it? I'm just asking because it's a head scratcher. Whatever your answer is, I recommend contacting Support about this since it sounds rather uncommon. https://games.gree-support.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

I've seen this randomly as well. Pm pops up but when u open the message screen it's not there. A restart usually brings it back.
