Folders have started to drop
I suggest farming or strip mining the three or four lowest level bosses.
You collect FREE folders from doing the FLTQ or the ILTQ.
Save those folders, use 10, 12 at a time for one hit boss kills to collect FREE trinkets.
You'll get FOUR FREE hits using your "health", wash, rinse, repeat.
Easy peasy breezy wheezy.
