Level 7 give a 6.2mA/9.3mD air unit.
20 levels to complete, only time enough for 10. If you want to finish you need to skip a house payment...

20/20 was a 10% infantry defence and 145m/45m ish unit.
The units after 10/10 are all fairly good.
Just go to the list of factions from last war and give a trillion to the first 300 teams you click on. become a legend haha
