Are we stuck with what points have been scored and the losses?? I think the wins and losses need to be reset or some compensation for them. Some members used health potions and it turned out to be for nothing when the wars ended after 6 minutes.

To be fair to GREE this is the first time that we have had any issues with the war event. I suggest that we be patient, enjoy a glass of wine and wait for them to imminently fix the issue. I'm sure communication will follow shortly.
I understand that mistakes happen, but GREE needs to fix this as best they can. Giving free battle refills every day of this war would be a start. Free refills would go some way toward helping players make up thousands of lost points in these first messed up battles.

My apologies, the fix took a lot longer to go out than expected. It should be just a few minutes now.
If you used health refills and you had an issue with hits not counting or missing please submit a ticket, the support team will help you out.

Hey now you can't hit after 6min of war. We have a team that can't even hit us and we are up 40k-0 and it gives everyone a server error and it started after 6min

6 min wars which shouldn't of even happened, and now you say it's fixed but after 6 mins of war people can't hit and get Server errors...
Why can't someone come out and say they've completely messed up and own up to their incompetence...
Issue everyone compensation refills and do the right thing.
Did you restart the game? does this happen if you do?
