Gree CM's are unable to escalate tickets. I sent your information over to the CM and they will make sure your ticket is not overlooked.

All kidding aside.. I also submitted a ticket that went unheeded! March 20th (over 3 and ˝ weeks ago). Ticket number 2325867.

If you feel like your ticket is being overlooked, send a PM to Clementine, Relic or Bolt. They will make sure your ticket is not overlooked and addressed.

It was a simple copy and paste to the Mods when I link them the thread, which already had the ticket number. With yours it was different, but the people to contact is the same (they go to Clementine, Relic or Bolt).
