I spoke with the team and this was just fixed, so you should be able to get in and play now. Apologies for the frustration I know this must have caused you.

Too little to late ..
THE promise is empty as even after 2 previous cases iT still happens again.
THE times GREE promissed something was fixed when iT wasnt cant be counted on all my fingers and toes.
Sad thing is .. Most already sort of expected this to happen, so less are affected each time.. Kinda sad THE community Needs to adjust to programmer incompetence
this is second thread relic posted on after event ended pointing out the lockout with fixed you can play now...but yes this is one of the reason I bought an ipad(I really do hate all apple products) but at least on ipad you see accurate stats and you can deploy in fl in last war.. I look at it this way their glitch programming made me spend money on ipad and that came out of game money so their bad customer service and game maintenance cost them money.. I am only one person and it is only 400 dollars.. but if this happens to others(and we know it does) and they chose not to buy gold find another game or spend their money(like myself) on a different device. It all ends up coming out of gree's profit margin and its all do to gree cutting corners its a vicious circle that is about to be completed when the game shuts down
Relic , I'm confused , what on earth is the point of fixing it after the finish of event ?
This has happened for the last 3 front line events, ive sent tickets in as half my team were locked out and myself on both android accounts. Wasting the time and money spent getting a position to actually receive a bonus, the standard reply being we have fixed the issue sorry for the inconvenience. Totally no use after event has ended and no following up on the promise to look into awarding those affected by these constant mistakes anything in way of compensation, or even the decency to award prizes from tiers above the finish position of players booted from the game, really why say you will, look into awarding something if its never going to happen.
