    Today is yet another utter failure in communication, programing and execution. Any company with even the mildest feeling of responsibility to their customers would be firing everyone involved.

    I see that your response contains absolutely no expression of remorse for the thousands of your customers to whom you have caused inconvenience.
    A responsible company would, at the very minimum, express their apologies!
