    Just happened to us,,had around 30+. I donated 8 and the others dissapeared.

    Yep all my folders have gone. 40-50 went 'poof' vanishimo. Great magic trick GREE.

    Faction and personal folder count reset to Zero when Raid Went Live!!!
    Really is getting beyond a joke,WITH EVERY SINGLE EVENT?
    WOULD SEND A TICKET BUT WOULD ONLY GET AN ANSWER ABOUT SOLDIER EQUIPMENT

    I read a Mod post somewhere in all the recent "Game broken, everything, please fix, Gree" that folder drop rates. Are fixed. They are not fixed. 600 energy and 2 folders. Still waiting.
