West side fine gems doesnt add IPH

So I bought two west side fine gems on 27th of March and they didn't add to my IPH. Now they're on level 2 but no change in IPH at all!
Anyone else seeing this? or know whats wrong with mine?

The old switcharoo ,you got the west side "faux" gems building.
Lots of shady characters around here.
It is "crime city" after all

Where did you place the building? I've heard others have similar stories when placed next to certain buildings. Try moving it away from other buildings and placing it in a corner of your map.

The re-released buildings are just for show. They don't add to IPH after you've built 2.

In the remote chance any new players stumble upon this thread... Everything in it is fake, trolling non-information.

The only real advice to be gleaned is that spending real $$$ on buildings may be viewed as a waste in a few months as IPH inflation kicks in as it has with stat inflation.

26 hr payout is going to be a slow iph gain.. you will see much lager gains with 6 ,8,and 12 hr collect times ,, work on those for iph increase

west side fine gems does not have a low iph gain. the numbers reflected in that link for money buildings has not been updated since the building was changed to type A with the rerelease. the only thing that was changed was the payout values which are now correct. wsfg is a top 5 building in terms of iph. the other four in no particular order are mike's tattoo, csar's teashop, shooter's, and irish pub.
