Thanks Gree, I actually finished the 8/8 on 2 of my 3 accounts. However the 10/10 only finished on 1 account.
Last time I checked (about an hour ago) it was still making it's roll out to those folks affected. It did indeed take some time but you should see it shortly. If in the next few hours you don't see anything send in a ticket about it and the CS team should be able to handle it for you when they can.
Thanks for the quick response really appreciate it. Same for Relic you guys are quick to respond that is the good news. The bad news is I havent received anything yet. And not gonna sent in a new ticket on this matter. Have been sending a total of 4 tickets on this issue, and dont have any confidence that you are able to fix it. Not gonna bother anymore it gives me a headache.
