No I haven't seen any but what's to take off for at the moment, events ended days ago, and that was cos of a glitch anyway
I don't think they are flying but puddle jumping from device to device. Tap on one device makes the targets do things on another or something like that.

Ability to sell accounts never stopped. Just Ask Gree to transfer, I know of a dozen so done that way....
There is also a very simple way to "un-link" your account.

In beyond the dead when you linked your games with your game center account you could upgrade all your buildings at once and other fun things... since game center is new here people are most likely exploiting similar advantages with modern war.
This makes sense why some people had crazy amounts of drops....
