Where is the best place for little XP earned to farm folders?

Anyone have a great place to farm folders with minimal energy and XP?

probably enemy outpost...

but not much point farning as raid boss folders was lowered last event while the raid boss was so high thousands of teams couldnt even get half way through it.

so save your xp and energy if ur not on a super high team cos imo raid boss is now pointless to play it.
