Apologies if this has been raised before; I don't have time to search back page after page!
Is there some kind of output buffer in operation on this building. Mine are currently going to level 14 on both accounts. One account has a higher building output mod than the other so should be showing a higher payout than the other, but both are showing $2.147 billion.
A friend in my faction is wanting to upgrade his to level 15, but the window doesn't show any increase in output from the same $2.147 bill. It's an expensive upgrade (well ok, not really as one payout covers the cost!) so both he and I don't want to throw money at nothing (and more important perhaps, tie up upgrades for no good reason).
So, would we get something different for going to 15 and above, or is there no point in doing so?
