Just sent in a ticket. My exp points dropped about 40,000 tonight. I had approx 4,339,000 almost reaching level 302. Now I am back to 4,299,000.

Yes, gree reset everyone back to their level to fix the mess that was made from a vast majority leveling to 350 when they had login issues the last several days...small price to pay for everyone getting their accounts fixed

Unless you're trying to get to 350 for that prize, why complain? Most people try to limit xp gain. And yes I did drop down a bit but didn't care.
LOL. I actually saw mine go back as i was logging into the game.
Why even bother sending in a ticket!
My unspent "skill points" were reset but I wasn't affected by the rank up glitch.
I'm glad I spent my skill points on more energy as soon as I got them. The energy stayed while my level went back down to where it was
