If you have contacted support, please let me know how long it's been. They answer tickets in the order they're received.

I have multiple accounts with no access so how do I submit a ticket when I am now not even sure WHICH account is affected? The lack of knowledge and understanding of how this game works (well is supposed to) defies belief please please please fix or I will happily do DEWIN NOTHING.
