GREE, how long do you think is fair from the time an individual is charged (instantly) to the time you actually research concerned inquiries (not yet) regarding missing gold vault credits? This process should be seem less at this stage in your development. Can someone with authority actually take the time to look at my account, and provide a timely response, other than ignoring the issue for the past 4 days? I know confidence with you is already shaky, can't imagine why.
Quick solution...STOP buying gold!
GREE will refer you to iTunes. Send in a ticket to apple if the vaults never showed up. And pray gree dosnt take you off the gold bonus because you got a refund.

I had a similar issue, which was similarly ignored. However once I posted it here, Clem nudged cs and they sorted it out quite quickly. Hopefully that will work for you too.
Don't hold your breath waiting for gree response. Contact your app provider. Happened to me 3 times. I called itunes support and got instant refund.
Easy solution, work on getting your refund or gold back. Then quit buying it.
Yea they told me to contact itunes I got no where there either as they couldn't prove it hasn't turned up in the end after several tickets and no reason for the gold not showing up from Gree I gave up buying I haven't bought a vault since just some small amounts but hope you get lucky and get it sorted
