Level on off toggle for buildings

If i turn off the level indicator in settings, does this mean that my attackers can't see my building levels? I know i cant when i hit the switch

The reason i want to know is i stupidly upgraded my 4 rigs to lvl 15 and i read that if you collect or raid then its minus 2 billion ish per rig until the bug is fixed. So i'd rather turn off the level and bait the trap

No. They would need to turn it off to not see your levels
