Punker Jacket Reward At 60 Mafia Not Appearing

Hey guys I'm new here and I'm just wondering if any of you have run into the same problem? I just hit 60 mafia and noticed you loot a Punker Jacket or something like that but I checked my inventory several times and nothing of the sort is there. Anyone else run into this?

I have multiple times, actually you are in my mafia my names Ghost level 54 take a look maybe its a glitch and you can see? and let me go check my dogs stomach

i just checked, you have a Rasta Jacket and motorcycle jacket and in my inventory, i passed lvl 54 and i dont have the punker jacket which you mentioned about!

It's a glItch then, because when you reach 60 mafIa that mission is supposed to give the Punker jacket as loot because it showed I got experience respect and the Punker jacket
