Rivals list

Ok - so I have two accounts
Level 216 and level 189
My level 189 is getting attacked by high level players ( 230-250) .
Some players my level 216 could beat but I can't find them on my rivals list
All players in question have 525 allies .

Why is my 189 even on the rivals list for level 250 players ? Are there not enough 200 +. players ?
Why aren't these players on my level 216 list ??

Plus - it seems like my 216 rivals list recycles the same 200 players no matter how many times I refresh . Every 3-4 refreshes I'll get 10 new players , plus a few I'm actually allies with . In addition when my 216 jumped , my 189 was on his rivals ( no I didn't Attack myself , but was tempted ��)

It's called The Whale Pool (or Shark Tank.)
The higher levels can see you, but you cannot see them on your list.

haha, indeed the Whale pool, this happened to me when capped level 200 was around, I was 162 and got smashed daily by the biggies.......just collect on time and jump levels quicker, or reduce your allies to 480 and move off their lists as I had to.
