No Map Missions showing up

Since the latest expansion I have been unable to do the missions as they don't appear anywhere. Below are some screenshots of my my missions tab showing everything there is:







These were taken on Friday but it has been the same story since the update hit. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I have an iphone 6 and it is up to date if that info helps?

Hmmm, well that is the standard missions that I gave up on long ago. Maybe I have misunderstood how it all works then. I thought there were new bonuses and it was obvious when you were going to attain them - I haven't seen anything to indicate that will be the case. And are old maps auto completed because I read another thread that said this was not the case:

Your current map goal is Hostage crisis. When you complete that you'll get 2 more and so forth until you've done 3/4 or so of the targets on that map. Then you'll get a goal with 1 target and a big unit (The new part). It's the same goals we always had and stopped doing, with improved units to get us doing them again.

I Have the same issue. No missions. I have one force degradation item and one building upgrade. Along with the missions that come with every event. Contacted Gree. They said they know about the issue and are working on a fix. Thanked me for my understanding. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND why this has been an issue for several months. If the rewards are useless for the event missions, i have nothing to use my energy on except possible prestage for another useless event. PLEASE fix this Gree!

Some targets can't be hit, another bug.

Hi there, sorry to hear this.

Just to clarify, there are a couple existing bugs that are being worked on.

One is the target issue, and the other is not receiving goal credits for completed missions.

Yes as others have stated it's Hostage Crisis. But I've been stuck on a ghost map fromback in 2012 and support was able to fix it.

Another thing to try if a mission fails to display is to click on the link to complete a previous map and finish it. This also seems to unstick the missing mission.

Also uninstalling and reinstalling the app seems to fix a target that refuses to be hit. I have a feeling linking is part of the problem.

Sorry this is off topic but how do you get your screen shots the correct size to upload to the forum. I take a screenshot with my ipad and try to send it to the forum and it always fails. I am pretty sure that is because the file is too big.

some of you may have already completed. i heard some player get reimbursed on the unit by gree. try to confirm and if so log a ticket. i am sure the customer service will assist.
