    how is this possible?

    OK so I collected everything 2 hours ago, and sync,etc then log back in to say 59mins ago I am raided for 1.5bn no buildings down nothing click collect only 1m collected check the guy who raids me he is level 305 I am 166 wtf how can he go to my level? And how is he raiding that amount when there was nothing there

    I just got same thing raided 3 times no buildings up and none to repair
