Modifiers not being applied

Anyone else having this problem, check your stats. Prizes from the case event collect eight were added to my inventory but modifiers were not added to my stats. And now I have the same issues with all the prizes from the 7 day war. Support tells me everything is fine, but I have screen shots that suggest otherwise

don't you read the forum there has been thread after thread about non stacking war prizes

I'm not talking about indi prizes I'm talking about all prizes and the collect 8 in the sake crate prize, that mod was not applied to my stats either

not sure on the others but sync war rewards don't stack either mate

Any prize that's the same as a previous one will not stack.
