That'd be some damn cool stuff if after leveling you get a gold bar or two, or even randomly getting one through loot.

    Yes. They are.

    Many games are like this.

Developers gotta pay the mortgage. They don't get to do that by building free games for you.

That may be true but the cash prices of items in this game is way too much. I really can't understand how people are willing to drop so much just to purchase one building or one gun. It's crazy. There are a lot of people with more money than sense playing this game.

I totally agree but they're out there. Have they got that kind of money to donate to a charity?

It's all relative. People will drop $55 on the latest Call of Duty game for their X-Box and spend less time playing that than this game.

Also, some people have more money than others. I find that usually, people with more money in the real world are not lacking in sense.

I spent also real money on this game, why not it is a very nice addictive game.
And the devs have to make a living too, they created this game for us and it is free if you want some extra pay real money for it.
I am a little bit older and i can understand that some people dont want to spent real cash on games, well go download some on usenet thats free.
i spent until now about 20 euro, i will spent some more in a few weeks when new buildings are coming in my store.
The gold buildings give more money per hour also so more money is more weapons and then your stats are most of the time better then other peoples stats.
1 week ago i decided to do pvp attacks only i got in 1 week more then 14000 respect points and i spent it al in once and my attack went up with 1000 and defense almost 1200.
My attack and defense have now doubled then all my rivals and since 2 days i have not lost 1 attack or robbery, my list is only green haha.
And i am only on level 54, 1 tip do not level too fast.... dont do the jobs with big xp
last tip rob all laundromats you see 3 times you get 1-2 xp and 2-3 respect points so thats very nice !!

It's easy for everyone when you buy real cash weapons and start attacking people (without real cash weapons).

However, I don't need to rob people like crazy (especially robbing laundromats) to earn 2,000 respect/day, 14,000 respect/week.

You advice about paying is good. Thanks for sharing. Hope people all pay!!!

P/S: I sometimes attack/rob people who paid 20 bucks (USD or EURO), the meaning of these attacks is you have not paid enough. And some of them pay more. That's the way I pay for Funzio, indirectly.
