Update on Valor Exploit & Actions Taken

Hey Commanders!


We've received reports regarding this concern, and want to reassure our players that we have deployed an immediate fix. We continuously strive to provide players a fair gaming experience so we have taken actions against anyone who bought the valor units that were not of the qualified ranks.


If you are not of the appropriate ranks for the units:
- We've removed the units that were purchased
- You can now no longer purchase these units


Any units and valor earned that were bought through selling these units have also been taken away.

And the cash glitch from the Arjun tanks? Plans on rolling back cash and units from that one? What about units received via the airplane mode glitch? Is the upgrade pricing on buildings correct - if not, will people have that cash removed as well?

Yesterday two community managers made statements that are now different than what is being said here by some anonymous Gree entity. Why?

So why isn't the valour being removed from all that gained from the ships? The price was incorrect so therefore even the correctly ranked players have got an advantage. It's only fair really.

Would gree be so kind as to confirm that in spite of what your mods called a valor glitch, that gree intended for apollo ranks to be able to recycle said ships for more than was paid for them with free valor? simple yes no would be good. seems hard to get yes no.answers around here
