The community managers and developers are currently on weekend break, which is a shame considering that MW has a serious glitch that is being exploited as we speak...

The best option there is at the moment is to send in a support ticket or report the players that are exploiting the glitch. It's a pretty crappy decision to make right now, but it's the only player action that can be taken at this moment.

Does Gree own Dockbot? Is this why they won't insert script to stop anything from searching the factions and its roster?

INo it's completely different. Docbot has a customer service room on groupme.... If there's a problem, you ask a question, and someone answers pretty much straight away. See the difference?
