ezmunie you seem to be under the impression that a real person reads the complaint tickets. It is just a bot with a primitive version of AI. That is why the canned response sometimes doesn't always pertain to the problem outlined in the ticket. The bot has about a dozen possible responses and picks the one closest to your problem. It then closes the ticket as successful and sends all correspondence to the trash folder.
Please refrain from insulting other users as well as moderators.

You know, and have been told, what Gree intends to do. It does not matter whether or not you or anyone else here thinks its cheating, glitching, or wrong. It only matters what Gree thinks and Gree has already set the precedent time and time again that THEY WILL DO NOTHING! So quit the game now and be done with it. Lights out, it's over, no more MW for you.
Regardless if it's a bot or not, I'll keep sending in tickets until a REAL person addresses this. I've actually had responses from real people before. I realize it's a canned response when a ticket is sent in.

GREE is definitely going to do something about this issue. Leaving the issue unattended would be extremely harmful to the shelf time MW has left. What they are going to do, however, is something that will be found out later...
