Level 300 13b stats at boss 102, 25 cash hits and still boss was standing, ran out of time and decided to give up, not gona spend 3 vaults of gold (if lucky) to get to 150
251-299 took 12 cash hits so roughly 336 billion health on Boss 150

But there is mistake in 149: boss health is around 125 billions.
My estimation for health of last bosses:
145 - 70 bil
146 - 80 bil
147 - 90 bil
148 - 105 bil
149 - 125 bil

Tier 150-200 10.8 Billion Atk. Boss 150 took 10 cash hits. So confirmed it's between 100-108 billion.
