Folders and a question

I need a bit of info...

I have 460 folders that I would like to sell.

I'm curious if there is a cut off when I can sell said folders? As well, how does one go about trading these for money in game?

Tried searching for a how to or some info but no luck.

The folders will disappear after the event is over, so you have to sell them before then. You sell them by making an arrangement with another player where you join their faction and donate the folders, then they (or one of their members) join your faction and donate in-game cash or concrete to your faction.
