    Invisible chests which cannot be opend

    My last 3 chest i got are in the inventory as blank box with count 1. No name, no pictiture and i cannot open them.
    Hard close or new installation does not help.

    Vile my refunds were for a set prize for a specific
    Goal. That prize was not awarded. So to buy gems
    To achieve that award only to reach it and get nothing
    Is indeed fraud.
