    Help with support ticket

    Almost 2 weeks ago my game crashed while I was working on heroic mode. Since then I have not been able to get into my game. It loads to my base and then instantly closes the game and returns me to my phones home screen.

    I have been dealing with support for this issue but just keep getting the same copy and pasted answer saying their network is fine so it must be my connection.

    I have reinstalled the game several times and even factory reset my phone with no success. I have never had a problem connecting before so see no reason it would be an issue with that. Also my alt account still works no problem.

    My account has about 40 epics and over a years time and a lot of money invested but is currently useless. Any help getting this fixed would really be greatly appreciated as so far I have got nowhere with support.

    The ticket # is 2219503 and my friend code is
    WBH-QBQ-PQQ and I play on Android.

    Hey, I just wanted to inform you that the forum is not a place to have your support answered. I will let Gree know not to overlook your ticket, but they are answered in the order they are received.

    I hope you can get your account back as soon as possible.

    Legalious, I have the exact same issue. I have been emailing everyday, with only an automated response stating "One of our specialists will be happy to assist you." They must not be very happy because no one has responded. Ticket# 2218143.
