Recruiting less than optimal for smaller guilds
Top 100 guilds have their issues with recruiting, this is not a post for that.
@ Gree;
The road block I see is for all the other leisure free to play guilds that want to recruit and do better. Long story short I am trying to take a step back from a highly competitve guild to create a development guild. However, recruiting is difficult and not efficent.
In a seven day week you have a 2 to 3 day war/raid and a one day blitz war. therefor 3 to 4 days out of seven that you can not accept people into your guild. The veteran player will wait until the war is over, but the casual player will not and may even lose interest in the guild (or game). If a rookie player is guildless during a war it is bad for everyone.
If you could somehow allow people to join guilds during wars it would help the game. To avoid abuse allow it to guilds that are not in the T100 or something.
There should also be a join random guild button for rookies and accept random player option for guilds. Might not be the most effective way of recruiting players but it would help a lot ov very low level players to grow together with a low level guildSmiley V3

Good idea...... and if they want to give the ability to add players during wars/raids they could limit it to like 5 or 10 players. To stop abuse this would only apply to people who are not in a guild. Those who are in a guild would have to wait until the end of the war/raid as usual before they could guild hop.
