    cant get into account

    Cmon gree. Please at least let me know why i cant access my account. Its now 36 hours and not one reply to my tickets.
    I did what you asked and contacted support. But what is the point if you are not going to reply?

    Gree has many tickets come in daily. Please be patient. They usually do take around a few days to respond back.

    Go to the announcements Forum. Lost Account.Post your ticket # on the last page. They check it almost hourly. They will send you an email requesting your old account # and your new account# lvl1_5 if you reinstalled the game. VERY FAST RESPONSE. I got mine back really fast. Do not post in the general forum for lost accounts as there are different mods. Post under Announcments.
