Requirements are those of a top 10 team for both WD and FL.
You can gain permanent seat when you are very active and rank well in all events like raid boss, ILTQ+FLTQ.

few general requirements:
1/ we are very well organized which means you'll need to get some social APPs like LINE
2/ lots of fun and great people in Gunners and around in friends factions
3/ if your stats are below 10-12 bil , there's not lot of people to hit in top 10 area.
