Thanks for bringing this to my attention. This was provided to us by a team representative, so I'll follow-up with them on this and get back to you.

UPDATE: The accomplices for individual rewards are new; same with the syndicate rewards.

Please follow up before posting incorrect information. People make decision about the spending of real money based on the information provided, and providing false information is very similar to false advertising and/or baiting people with the promise of one thing and then switching the prize after money has been spent.

Vet your info and your sources before posting.

If the accomplice rewards posted in this thread are, in fact, correct, there is a serious discrepancy between what is shown in game and what is posted in forum. That is a game issue, not an issue with any particular individual.

No accomplices are shown as individual rewards in game. This discrepancy will be a serious disadvantage to some while providing an unfair advantage to those who visit the forum.

In the locked syndicate rewards thread there appear to be some accomplices missing. Have some accomplices been listed in game as syndicate awards when they are, in fact, individual rewards?

There are entire syndicates making decisions involving real world currency based on the assumed accuracy of what is posted in game. Based on these two informative threads, it appears as though there has been a huge error made somewhere.

In the meantime, however, we felt it crucial to get the correct information out to the players here in the forums, so as to help mitigate any potential confusion. 1. Are players supposed to be QA?
2. We are better off NOT saying anything in forum and let what we think may be issues stay to our advantage? It sure looks that way. Players can self regulate not posting any more info on forum (mostly whining and trolls anyway)

Per Engram's direct statement and post:

The plan is to distribute out Accomplices in various events, including LTQs, Battle for Empire City, Raid Boss, Lockbox Leaderboard events. We don't plan to do direct sales of the Accomplices in the store initially.

In that case, moving forward it is reasonable to expect Gree to do exactly what they explicitly state they will not do. That's not good for credibility.

How is it possible that the 8001-9000 rank prize is better than the 3001-3500 rank prize? It's not just a little better, it's 4 times better. This is a perfect example of Gree's ineptitude. It's laughable.
