Oh they are definitely not the same. But it's also not gloom and doom either. And I've actually done what so many are "promising" to do.
but the fact is that many are leaving the game and getting refunds before they do... if profits aren't going up then they are still losing money due to the refunds

edit: if you are looking in the app store top charts on your device, it's only showing you the top grossing for your market and your platform as well (ie, iPhone or iPad)
So maybe you're seeing it at 102nd for iPad in your local market in Canada.
