Fraud account

So I'm an active player who plays everyday for hours and have invested not only time but REAL money as well.. My account has been shut down due to an "automatic" detecting system... If they would actually do it themselves then they would see the time and Money I've invested in this game.. I believe the system they're are using is flawed and I'm wondering how many people this had happened to??
