Free Gems1!?!?!?!?!

Same story here. Bought 375 gems for $29.99. Transaction went to my credit card immediately, but I still have received no gems. Opened an issue on December 26 which I received a reply that I would get the gems shortly. Almost 3 days later and still no gems. First issue submitted was marked solved, so I opened a second issue referring to the first. It was quickly marked solved. Open 3rd issue on same problem which has also been marked as solved. Meanwhile, others in my guild got gems the same day to replace ones they purchased, but did not receive. We also had a member that received gems to "replace the ones not received in a purchase" transaction, even though they had not purchased any gems recently.

Would like to hear what is the best way to get this resolved.
