    Missing purchased gems

    Anyone else having problem with missing gems? Made three purchases today and one the largest did not show. Money taken but no gems.

    I do not have this problem, I haven't purchased gems in a while. However sit tight, be patient, don't get upset and enjoy the game, one of the Mods will show up soon and tell you to send a support ticket.

    And the support ticket response will be "Thank you for your report. We will make the developers aware of the situation." and then nothing will happen until you contact Apple for a refund.

    Wonder how meany copied and pasted or templates they use in support. Half the time their reply doesn't answer the question you asked and is 100% unrelated to the question asked.

    Tojo you will get faster service going through iTunes and they will fix it with no questions asked IF you haven't done a lot already but if you haven't het a hold of them they will credit your account back faster than you imagine. They know the meaning of customer service when it comes to your real $$$
