It's there via my update screen, and if I click on it, it does continue on. I didn't actually try to perform the update though.
If I do a search it appears, but if I click on it I get a message saying its not available in the US store.

I was able to update on my device. For a while it was not listed as an option from the Developer (on a new device).

It's not being pulled from the Google play store. It's just another of those wonderful gree glitches that we've all come to love and adore.
I wish it weren't available 2 years ago when I was looking for a game to play. If it weren't I wouldn't be continuously frustrated by glitches. Having half our team (Android users) locked out for the FLTQ is just the latest screw up
