The same thing happened to me. I fixed it myself
I'm on iOS.
Go back to the buy gold screen.
Click on the vault.
iTunes will ask for your password. At that moment the original vault i purchased showed up
I hit cancel and was good to go

Anytime. It's nice to be able to help and my response time to your "ticket" was way quicker than GREEs... I know because I just got my email from them. They stated it was Itunes fault that my gold wasn't received...

Same happened to me guess that's just a bug with iOS
I also am still waiting for my gold. Miss been 3 days. Would have been nice to have it finish last NPC. Please credit me gold soon or I will charge interest.
