Where do post possible user exploiting the game?

There is a user "Fusion" level 70 who possibly cheated. Hope not though. If this person did not cheat than I commend them for spending so much real mony on gold and supporting a great game. Wish I could afford to do that. With buildings and inventory, this user has over $200.00 in gold items.

$200 - $300 US dollars. Is that not rare? I again commend this user if they truly made the purchases, I just know from my stand point that 4.99 or even 9.99 I can spend, but there is no way I could spend more than that with today's economy.
